Refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Every Pro and Team subscription comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Ask within 30 days of any annual charge, the first payment or a renewal, and Paddle refunds it in full to the original payment method. No reason is needed.

To ask, email [email protected] or request it from Paddle at paddle.net. Paddle issues the refund and the invoice credit.

A cancellation is not a refund. You can cancel a subscription at any time through Paddle to stop the next renewal; the paid term runs to its end and the license keeps working until then.

A refund revokes the license token issued for that order. The token is added to the deny list that ships with Skarn, and a build carrying that deny list stops accepting it.

The Skarn End User License Agreement is at /terms/. Consumers in the European Union keep every right that Paddle's buyer terms, its refund policy and mandatory law give them.
